What is Print on Demand (POD)?
Print on Demand (POD) is a service that allows businesses and individuals to sell custom prints without holding inventory. We print and ship orders directly to your customers on your behalf. Whether you’re selling on Etsy, Amazon, eBay, NotOnTheHighStreet, or Shopify, we handle the fulfillment so you can focus on growing your business. We ship these orders without our branding.
With POD, you don’t have to worry about upfront costs, storage, or packaging – just upload your artwork, place an order, and we take care of the rest. Customers are welcome to place orders to their customer’s delivery address and request unbranded packaging in the order notes. However, if you have special requirements or are sending in high volume and would like to discuss pricing, feel free to reach out.

Framed Prints
We offer A3 and A4 framed prints in three styles: oak, white, and black.

Custom Packaging & Branding Options
Want a more personalised customer experience? We offer:
- Custom order inserts – Add thank-you notes, promotional materials, or branded messages.
- Unbranded packaging – No visible supplier branding.
- Custom-branded shipping labels – Available for customers who place frequent orders.

Artwork Submission
- Upload your artwork via our online portal. You’ll receive an email with a link to upload artwork within 15 minutes of placing an order.
- You can also send artwork via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or similar – just include the link in your order notes.
- Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG
- Ensure artwork matches the aspect ratio of the chosen paper size.
- No need to include crop marks – we handle trimming with millimeter precision.
- For custom-sized prints, submit artwork at the exact dimensions and include a note.
Packaging & Presentation
- A3 and larger posters: Rolled in polythene tubing and packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube. This reduces movement of the print in the tube, minimizes impact damage, and protects against damp conditions if parcels are left outside.
- A4 posters: Packaged in large letter-sized boxes.
- Framed prints: Carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed in cardboard.
IOSS/EU VAT & Other Import Fees
We make international shipping easy! If you’re selling on Etsy, eBay, Amazon, or other marketplaces and shipping to EU customers, VAT is usually charged at checkout. To prevent additional VAT charges upon delivery, provide us with:
- The IOSS number of the marketplace
- The total order value in EUR
- Order invoice/documentation
We handle the rest by submitting the required information to the shipping carrier, ensuring smooth delivery for your customers.

- Standard processing time: 2 working days (e.g., an order placed Monday ships by Wednesday).
- Need it faster? Contact us before ordering for urgent requests.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Tracked 48 – Fast and reliable shipping within the UK, with full tracking updates.
- Tracked 24: Aims for next-day delivery.
- Tracked 48: Aims for delivery within 2 working days.
- DPD Direct Tracked International Shipping – A fully tracked international shipping service, where final delivery is handled by the local postal service in the destination country. This ensures reliable and cost-effective international delivery.
