Returns & Refund Policy

In the event you would like to return a product purchased from us, please read our policy below before contacting us. Please note, this only applies to purchases made on our website. If you have purchased from us on another marketplace, please follow their return procedure.

Problems with an Order

If your order arrives damaged, we will be happy to issue you with a refund or a replacement up to 30 days after delivery. If required, you may have to send back the damaged item(s). We will cover the cost of shipping back to us, or provide you with a free return label. When we receive the order back, you will be refunded in full providing the item(s) are damaged. If the item(s) are not damaged, you will be be refunded minus the cost of return postage.

If your order is incorrectly printed, we will be happy to issue you with a refund or a replacement up to 30 days after delivery. If required, you may have to send back the damaged item(s). We will cover the cost of shipping back to us, or provide you with a free return label. When we receive the order back, you will be refunded in full providing the item(s) are damaged. If the item(s) are not printed incorrectly, you will be be refunded minus the cost of return postage.

An order is not considered incorrectly printed in any of the below circumstances:

  • The artwork that was uploaded and printed was not the artwork that the customer intended to provide.
  • The print is pixelated or blurred due to low-quality artwork being supplied by the customer. Ensuring the artwork provided is high enough resolution for a sharp print is the customer’s responsibility.
  • The print either has white borders on two sides or is cropped and missing off part of the artwork in cases where the submitted file did not match the aspect ratio of the paper size and no preference was expressed by the customer in the additional details field when uploading artwork. Artwork not matching the aspect ratio of your chosen paper size will be expanded to fit the paper leaving white sections or zoomed to fill the entire page, missing off parts of the image. If you do not specify either of these, we will use our best judgement will not accept responsibility if you are unhappy with our choice.
  • The artwork was printed exactly as it was supplied. Please do not assume we will make the right assumption; if the file you are submitting is not matching the aspect ratio of the chosen paper size, please specify additional details.

Change of Mind

In accordance with UK law, personalised items and custom-made items are only eligible for refunds if they are faulty. If the order contains faulty items, please see the ‘Problems with an Order’ section above. Personalised goods include goods where the artwork has been supplied by the customer, or where preexisting designs have been customised to suit specific customer requirements. If a personalised item is deemed not to be faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or reprint.

For non personalised items, from the date of delivery of your order you have 30 days to contact us to arrange a return of the goods if you no longer require them or have changed your mind. You will be responsible for sending the goods back to us at the address we provide using a trackable delivery service, and you will have to pay for the cost of sending the goods back. The goods should be sent back in the original condition. If goods are received damaged, we reserve the right to refund partially to take into account the reduced value of the goods. From the date you inform us you would like to return, you have 14 days to send the items to us.
